Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and drivers to deliver goods across designated routes Load and unload products using equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols Install products at customer locations following provided specifications and safety standards Verify delivery accuracy by inspecting items against shipment documentation before and after transport Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during delivery and installation Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs to ensure optimal operation Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously Warehouse experience including loading/unloading and handling heavy lifting tasks Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, moving, and driving large vehicles Ability to navigate using GPS or route planning tools efficiently Physical stamina for lifting heavy items and performing manual tasks throughout the day Join us as a Delivery Driver/Installer and become an essential part of our team dedicated to delivering excellence!
