Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks to deliver goods to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload shipments using manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of all items Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining a positive customer experience Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns Assist in warehouse organization by moving inventory and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Complete delivery documentation accurately, including delivery receipts, and incident reports when necessary Support the warehouse team with general duties such as inventory management and equipment maintenance Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven delivery driver experience, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform physical tasks involving moving and manual lifting Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety protocols in warehouse settings Prior warehouse experience is advantageous A proactive attitude with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving expertise meets hands-on warehouse work!
