Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, to deliver goods to various locations following designated routes. Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed. Provide exceptional service during deliveries by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any questions or concerns. Assist with route planning and driving to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Support warehouse operations through tasks such as moving inventory, assembling inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with knowledge of route driving and navigation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, inventory management, and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safe driving practices for box trucks.(only requires a clean driving record, and a medical card) Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, forklift operation, and vehicle maintenance.
