Dental Administrator

We are an established endodontic practice seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently multi-task while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and dependable individual with previous dental office experience who is committed to providing exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling new patient appointments Verifying insurance benefits and coverage Communicating with referring offices Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner Assisting business office staff with additional duties as needed Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records

Qualifications:

Previous dental office experience required Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes Proficiency with computers and dental software Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude This is a 30-40 hour per week position offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
