Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our practice. Accurately collect and update patient information, including personal and insurance details, to maintain up-to-date records. Accept payments for services, co-pays, and outstanding balances, providing receipts and assisting with billing inquiries. Schedule follow-up appointments for patients, ensuring convenient and timely access to care. Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff members or departments. Verify patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate billing and reducing financial burdens for patients.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Professional verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with patients, parents, doctors, and team members Proficient in Microsoft Office Denticon experience preferred Dental Insurance experience prefered Customer Services experience required Benefits for Full-Time employees: Competitive compensation package.
