Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule:

32-34 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-1 Day shifts only No weekends Job Summary Felt Family Dentistry is hiring a dependable and friendly Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! We're looking for someone who is team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about providing excellent care. Responsibilities Assist dentist chairside during procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and develop digital X-rays Chart procedures and treatment notes accurately Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene Take impressions and assist with lab cases Help maintain a calm, friendly, and professional atmosphere Support patient scheduling and follow-up coordination as needed Qualifications 1+ year of dental assisting experience (preferred) Radiology certification Graduation from a dental assisting program (preferred) Familiarity with Dentrix software (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-focused, professional, and adaptable Benefits IRA with employer matching Dental benefits for you and your family Paid time off (for eligible employees) Uniform allowance Monthly team performance bonuses Team lunches and appreciation events About Us At Felt Family Dentistry, we believe that the best dental care starts with a great team.
