Dental Assistant

We are looking for a full Dental Assistant (Monday- Thursdsay) to add to our team. We are a privately owned, close-knit dental office in Lexington, MA. We are looking for a confident Dental Assistant who is caring, compassionate, and loves working with the community. Must be clinically experienced, demonstrates a positive attitude, interpersonal skills, strong work ethic & takes initiative to ensure every patient's visit is a 5-star visit. Our priority is the patient and we do our best to make sure every visit reflects that. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Follow Osha and Infection control standards Assist patients with questions or concerns Maintain confidential patient information Take and enter patient insurance information Provide 4 handed chair side dental assisting Sterilization and Disinfection of operatories and instruments Oversees maintenance of operatory, sterilization and laboratory areas. Ensures departmental compliance with CDA's safety, OSHA and HIPAA Coordinates laboratory processes including inventory and laboratory account reconciliation. Assists with responsibilities of dental supply inventory and coordinating maintenance and repair of equipment.
