Schedule Tuesdays:

7:30 AM - 4:30

PM Wednesdays & Thursdays:

7:30 AM - 2:30 PM No prior dental experience? No problem. We provide structured, on-the-job training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist with pediatric dental procedures and cleanings Support patient care with a focus on creating a positive experience for children Take dental X-rays (or be trained to do so) Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Prepare and break down treatment rooms Manage inventory, stocking, and supply ordering Utilize practice management software and digital tools What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with children Coachable, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Basic computer proficiency Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Complimentary dental care Profit-sharing opportunities If you're looking for a stable, rewarding position with long-term growth potential in a respected pediatric practice, we'd like to meet you.
