Dental Assistant

Maintain infection control protocols by adhering to aseptic techniques and proper sterilization methods. Take X-rays as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Document medical histories and maintain accurate patient records using electronic record systems. Provide support in prosthodontics and dentist, demonstrating knowledge of specific techniques related to these areas. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Requirements Completion of a dental assistant program. Certification in radiography is required for taking X-rays. Strong knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with dental documentation processes and experience using electronic health record systems, Dentrix is a plus. A team player with a positive attitude Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
