No prior dental experience is required — we provide hands-on training and support to help you build a rewarding career in dental healthcare. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping people, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (We'll Train You!) Assist the dentist during procedures such as extractions, crowns, and cleanings Prepare and clean treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Help manage dental lab cases Ensure patient comfort and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment Support the team with daily clinic operations as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Team player with a strong work ethic Professional appearance and ability to make a great first impression Why Join WeCare?
