Dental Assistant/ Oral Surgery

Duties Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up instruments, and maintaining aseptic techniques to uphold infection control standards Support chairside assisting with tasks such as taking vital signs, medical imaging, and handling dental materials with precision Manage patient records efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Take X-rays and operate 3D scanners to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning while adhering to safety protocols Communicate clearly with patients about procedures, post-treatment care, and medical terminology to foster trust and understanding .

MUST LIVE WITHIN A 20 MILE RADIUS OF CENTRAL PARK, FREDERICKSBURG VA

Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Current CPR Certification 3. Radiation Safety Certification 4. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills Physical Requirements 1. Ability to read and verbally communicate in English 2. Possess manual dexterity for assisting. 3. Capable of lifting 25 pounds 4. Must be able to support and assist sedated patients Qualifications and Skills Commonwealth of VA X-ray Certification and CPR is required!
