PAY IS PRODUCTION PERCENTAGE WITH A BASE SALARY. OFFICE IS VERY MODERNIZED WITH A CBCT MACHINE, SOLEA LASER, PRIMESCAN, MILLING MACHINE

), CLOUD-BASED
DENTAL SOFTWARE. TEAM OF 10 EMPLOYEES. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY
Responsibilities Perform a variety of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care Assess patient needs through thorough patient assessments and medical/dental history reviews, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment options and instructions clearly to patients Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards Operate dental imaging equipment safely to obtain high-quality radiographs while adhering to aseptic techniques and radiation safety protocols Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures Stay current with advancements in dental technology such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other practice management software to streamline workflow Qualifications Valid dental license with eligibility to practice as a Dental Associate in the respective jurisdiction, NYS Proven experience in general dentistry with familiarity in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and dental fabrication preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and medical imaging techniques Proficiency in using dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and upholding the highest standards of infection control and aseptic technique Join us in delivering exceptional dental care that transforms smiles!
