Dental Front Desk

Hello (: We are a fun and goal-oriented office where patients come first. If you have one or more years of dental front/back-office experience and are a people person, we would love to hear from you! We are seeking to find a motivated, well organized, and friendly front desk. This is a part time position. We need someone Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm with occasional coverage Monday's and Friday 8am-12pm. We would like you to know following abilities: schedule appointments, billing, Insurance claim submissions and tracking, self-motivated, computer skills, team player, and communicate well with patients and staff. We use Eagelsoft software Compensation depends on the experience and performances of candidates. Please email your resume. Job Responsibilities, but not limited to: Answer phones Checking in / Checking out Taking Payments Prepping schedule Verifying Insurance Confirmation calls Scheduling appointments Manage emails General clerical duties treatment planning / Presenting (dental coding) Data entry A.R. Sending claims Receiving claims

Confident Qualifications:
