Job Description

Dental Front Desk Receptionist Integrative Dental - Elkridge, MD Integrative Dental is looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating a welcoming environment for patients, and helping the office run smoothly day to day. Our ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and has prior dental office experience.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
8:45 AM - 5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM - 2:00
PM Compensation:
$24-26/hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and discussing financial arrangements Coordinating treatment schedules and patient follow-up Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting smooth communication between patients and clinical team
Qualifications:
Prior dental front desk experience required Experience with Eaglesoft preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment At Integrative Dental, we value kindness, teamwork, professionalism, and truly caring for our patients.
