Job Overview Dental Front Desk Coordinator - Full-Time Santa Fe, TX Santa Fe Dental Associates, L.L.P. is looking for a Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy private practice! We're searching for someone friendly, dependable, organized, and confident in contributing to the flow of a fast-paced dental office while helping patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk in. We are a well-established private practice with a supportive, laid-back atmosphere, long-term team members, and doctors who truly value teamwork and patient relationships. Responsibilities Greet and check patients in/out with professionalism and warmth Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Present treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements Answer phones and manage patient communication Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Coordinate with clinical team to keep the schedule flowing smoothly Assist with insurance claims, collections, and follow-up as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Dentrix experience strongly preferred but not required Reliable, positive attitude and team-player mentality What We Offer Supportive and friendly work environment Paid holidays and benefits available Established private practice with loyal patients and team members Opportunity to grow long-term with our office If you're friendly, dependable, and looking for a dental office, we'd love to hear from you!
