Our team is in search of a Dental Front Office Administrator with exceptional organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication skills. As the Dental Front Office Administrator , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, providing quality patient customer service, and guiding the our team in meeting daily production goals. Your leadership, communication, and professionalism will be instrumental in the success of our practice. + Essential Job Functions Supervise and manage all administrative functions of the dental office, including scheduling, billing, and patient records. Ensure excellent patient experience by maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment, addressing patient concerns, and resolving complaints efficiently. Coordinate the scheduling of patients, appointments, and dental procedures to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity. Oversee the billing process, including insurance claims submissions, payment coordination, and collection procedures. Manage and oversee the dental office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a cohesive and efficient team. Implement and adhere to all office policies and procedures, enforcing HIPAA regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with dentists and dental hygienists to optimize patient treatments, coordinate referrals, and create treatment plans according to patient needs. Develop and maintain positive relationships with dental suppliers, laboratories, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services. + Required Experience Demonstrated expertise in Dental Office Administration or a related position within a dental practice. Extensive knowledge of dental office operations, administrative procedures, and dental insurance processes. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, staff, and external partners professionally. Proficient in dental software, appointment scheduling systems, and MS Office Suite. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dental compliance requirements. Ability to handle patient's confidential information with the utmost care and respect.
