  • Full-time Dental Front office experience required.
Ideal candidate possesses:
exceptional customer service skills excellent spoken and written communication skills ability to organized and prioritize multiple projects throughout the day experience with medical/dental insurances appointment/surgery scheduling Responsibilities and Duties answer phones schedule appointments confirm eligibility and benefits prepare patient records for upcoming appointments communicate with referring dental/medical offices checks out patients treatment plan presentation end of day balancing cross-train for check in roles other assigned duties by manager Office Hours are Monday
  • Thursday 7:30am
  • 5pm and occasional Fridays Qualifications and Skills Prior dental or medical front office experience required.
