What Makes This Position Different Single-column scheduling 60-minute adult prophylaxis appointments 90-minute new patient appointments 90 minutes for two quadrants of SRP We structure our schedule intentionally so hygienists are never rushed and can focus on careful assessment, patient education, and individualized care. Our hygienists collaborate closely with doctors in identifying concerns early and helping patients understand their options confidently and clearly. Qualifications Required Active RDH license in Minnesota Strong periodontal assessment and communication skills Commitment to comprehensive, preventive care Preferred Experience with digital workflows or intraoral scanners Interest in oral-systemic health Experience working in a collaborative environment Schedule We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates (Specific days and hours discussed during interview) Compensation Compensation is competitive and reflects the responsibilities of the role. 5,000 welcome bonus offered to the selected candidate.
