The ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, preventative care, and helping patients maintain excellent oral health. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Assist in developing treatment plans with the dentist Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience Goal oriented Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to patient care Experience with Dentrix software preferred
