Requirements:

Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License (required) Minimum of 1-3+ years of clinical experience preferred (New Graduates encouraged to apply) Strong knowledge of preventative and periodontal care Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong attention to detail and time management

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and patient education Assess oral health conditions and assist in treatment planning Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
