Dental Hygienist

Position Overview The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care while promoting oral health in a professional and compassionate manner, and will enjoy building lasting relationships with our established, long-term patients. Responsibilities Provide routine dental cleanings and preventive care Perform periodontal therapy and patient assessments Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care Work collaboratively with the dentist and clinical team Follow all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Current Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification Familiarity with Dentrix Friendly, caring chairside manner Strong communication skills Ability to work well in a team-focused, family practice setting New graduates welcome to apply What We Offer Supportive, close-knit team environment Consistent part-time schedule (3 days/week) Competitive pay Well-equipped office A practice that truly values work-life balance
