Dental Hygienist

In This Role, You'll:

Partner closely with assistants and the clinical team to create an efficient patient flow Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care Educate patients on oral-systemic health Identify treatment opportunities and support complete health dentistry Build long-term relationships with patients and families Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

Our Assisted Hygiene Model Includes:

Clinical support with x-rays, room turnover, sterilization, patient flow, and select assisting functions A team approach designed to maximize efficiency while maintaining high-quality care The ability to see more patients comfortably with the right support systems in place Collaboration and communication throughout the clinical team 14-15 patients a day on average Compensation of $85.00 per hour
