As the Oral Health Champion of our practice, you will: Perform comprehensive oral examinations, including charting, periodontal probing, and assessing oral health status. Deliver thorough and gentle cleanings, using the latest techniques to remove plaque, tartar, and stains. Administer local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene practices, creating personalized care plans to promote long-term wellness. Collaborate closely with our dentist to develop tailored treatment plans for each patient. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA and infection control standards.What We're Looking For:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state. Minimum 6 months of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong skills and a passion for patient care are welcome to apply!). Proficiency in dental equipment and technology, including electronic charting systems is a plus. A patient-centered approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for promoting oral health and wellness in the community.What We Offer:
