Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Manager to lead our fixed team and oversee the daily operations of our dental laboratory. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure the production of high-quality dental restorations, prosthetics, and appliances. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental laboratory procedures, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care through precise craftsmanship. Join us in creating confident smiles and advancing dental health! Duties Supervise and coordinate all activities within the dental laboratory fixed dept, ensuring timely and accurate fabrication of dental prostheses, crowns, bridges, and implants. Oversee laboratory staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff to interpret prescriptions, treatment plans, and patient-specific requirements Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards Maintain detailed medical documentation and records related to laboratory processes, patient cases, and technical specifications Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for digital design of restorations when applicable Monitor laboratory metrics including turnaround times, quality control checks, and patient satisfaction feedback Requirements Proven experience in dental fabrication or laboratory management with a strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge Hands-on experience with dental office procedures such as chairside assisting. Familiarity with all dental laboratory knowledge. $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
