Job Description
Radiance Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, organized and cheerful full time leader to manage their office and team! We are a spa-like privately owned family practice with cutting edge technology, dedicated in providing top notch oral health care and customer service. TEAM PLAYER
who practices with integrity, top notch customer service and patient care. The candidate must have positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong work ethic. Must have the ability to multitask with a smile. The applicant should be hardworking and passionate about dentistry. Strong business sense with goal setting mindset is needed.- Plan and manage dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.
- Oversee daily office activities and meeting production goals
- Running efficient morning huddles and uplifting the team
- Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients.
- Respond to patient queries and issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Train, develop, and manage staff to meet performance standards.
- Follow and enforce office policies and regulations.
- Unscheduled treatment calls
- Running A/R report and collect outstanding balances
- Working with marketing company to ensure proper patient flow
- Review and approve vacations, sick leave, and personal leave for dental staff.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades, and operation expenses.
- Run and analyze management reports.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the dental office.
- All other duties as assigned.
Bonus Job Type:
