We are looking for a highly driven, organized, and business-minded Office Manager who can lead daily operations, support the team, and help continue the growth of our practice. This is not just an administrative position. We are looking for a true leader who can think strategically, make smart operational decisions, and act as the main point of contact between the team and ownership. What You'll Be Responsible For Overseeing all day-to-day business operations of the practice Leading, motivating, and managing the dental team Ensuring an excellent patient experience from start to finish Monitoring schedules, production, collections, and office efficiency Helping the practice consistently meet and exceed production goals Managing employee performance, accountability, and HR-related matters Conducting team meetings and creating systems for operational success Identifying growth opportunities and improving office workflows Working closely with ownership on business strategy and execution Providing weekly operational and performance reports to ownership Making confident and smart daily decisions that improve the practice Maintaining a positive, professional, and growth-oriented culture What We're Looking For Previous dental office management experience
