Dental Office Patient Coordinator

Patient-centered general dentistry practice seeking a Dental Office Patient Coordinator to join our dedicated team. Our modern office strives to provide excellence in comprehensive, quality dentistry. Berkshire Dental Arts is an established dental practice, with a supportive team environment and a friendly and loyal patient base. Ideal candidates will have superior organizational and multitasking skills, strength in creative thinking, and possess outstanding customer service skills. Clear and professional communication skills are also essential (in person, over the phone, and written). Must be a good teammate with an appreciation of how each member of the dental office collaborates to motivate patients to maintain, improve and optimize their oral health. Prior dental experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right person.

Typical weekly schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Workday starts at 7:30am; day ends when last patient leaves (usually 5-5:30pm).
