HOURS:

MON-THUR 7

30 am - 5:30 pm

Compensation:

$23 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients with a warm smile and handling front desk operations. Answering phones, returning email correspondence, and ensuring medical histories and all patient information are up to date. Ensuring seamless scheduling and treatment coordination. Insurance verifications. Handling patient inquiries and insurance processes with confidence.

Qualifications:

Prior dental office experience (billing, scheduling, insurance verification). Exceptional communication and organizational skills. A friendly, professional attitude that puts patients at ease.
