About the Role The PSC manages critical pre- and post-consult coordination that keeps the patient journey moving smoothly. When the PSC role is functioning at a high level, Treatment Coordinators can focus fully on patient care and treatment planning without scrambling for missing information or incomplete logistics. This is a highly organized, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare operations and enjoys creating structure, follow-through, and clarity. Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Consult & Patient Intake Manage non-phone referral intake from portals, electronic charts, referral logs, and outreach channels Conduct pre-visit orientation calls to confirm appointments, review insurance and fee expectations, and help reduce patient anxiety Prepare TC briefs and financial worksheets with complete intake and insurance breakdowns prior to consultations Post-Consult & Treatment Readiness Track treatment readiness including payments, consents, prescriptions, driver documentation, and treatment-day requirements Coordinate care plans and referring doctor communications after treatment plans are finalized and approved Manage sedation coordination including anesthesia documentation, sedation logs, medical clearances, and transportation requirements Pipeline Operations Perform daily Referral Lab audits to ensure zero undecided or no-task cases by 9:00 AM each morning Coordinate non-decision letter logistics including preparation, mailing, and documentation Prepare weekly pipeline and referral source reporting for TC leadership and management visibility What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with clinical systems, documentation, and patient coordination workflows Excellent communication skills with both patients and providers Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume operational pipeline Dental, oral surgery, periodontal, or specialty practice experience preferred Why Meridian? 2026 Top Workplace recognition Collaborative, growth-oriented culture Meaningful impact on patient care and clinical outcomes Opportunities for professional development and advancement Supportive leadership and high-performing teams Join Meridian Endodontics and help create a patient experience that is organized, compassionate, and clinically exceptional from start to finish.
