Operational Excellence:
Efficiently manage various aspects of practice operations, including staff coordination, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.Focused On Patient Experience:
Champion a patient-centric approach, ensuring warm greetings, comfort, and responsive care throughout their visit. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient experience, ensuring patient's needs are met with care and professionalism.Collaborative Oversight:
Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional overall patient experiences.Financial Management and Profitability Oversight:
Lead the team in handling insurance-related matters, ensuring accurate claims processing, and streamlining billing procedures to optimize patient satisfaction. Additionally, drive efforts to achieve annual profitability goals through effective financial management.Effective Communication and Leadership Proficiency:

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of successful dental practice management.Software Proficiency:
Proficient in using Open Dental software, demonstrating ease and confidence in its application.Business Acumen:
Possess a fundamental grasp of business accounting and Excel proficiency.Leadership Acumen:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving them towards a common goal.Exceptional Communication Skills:
