What You'll Do Drive Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing coordination, and patient flow. Champion the Patient Experience Ensure every patient interaction is welcoming, smooth, and exceeds expectations. Lead & Inspire the Team Provide guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing, engaged team. Manage Financial Performance Oversee billing, insurance processes, and profitability goals with a strong business mindset. Communicate with Clarity & Confidence Present treatment plans, financial options, and post-care instructions effectively. Ensure Compliance & Best Practices Maintain adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory standards.

What You Bring Experience:

At least 1 year of dental practice management experience

Software Skills:

Proficiency with Open Dental (or similar systems)

Business Acumen:

Comfortable with financials, reporting, and

Excel Leadership:

Proven ability to motivate and guide a team

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Attention to
