Dental Receptionist - Part Time Northland Endodontics We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the daily operations of the practice. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are a well-established dental practice with a small, family-oriented feel that values teamwork, patient care, and creating a supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff.Schedule:
Part Time, 3 days per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time positionResponsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualifications:
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of dental front office experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing proceduresWe Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package:
