Dental Receptionist

Part time leading to a Full time position

Dutied :

• Schedule appointments and make recalls for new and returning patients
• Update patient records as medical forms are received (including medical updates, new patient forms)
• communication with insurance companies
• Respond and resend appropriate forms via email to patients as requested
• Cross trained to help in the back is a must as needed

Skills:

• Clear communication, verbally, in person and on the phone, and written
• Preferred experience. (willing to train)
• Previous office experience is a plus
• Preferred experience with handling insurance.

Hours:

• Potentially Monday,Friday and Saturday 9:00am
• 1:00 pm in west caldwell location

Pay:

$17.00
