Dental Receptionist

Dental Receptionist Hours :

• Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm

Duties :

• Work in our Excel Dental of wexford office
• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Manage patient records and update information as necessary
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their concerns or questions
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance verification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
