years of experience. Knowledge of Curve Hero would be ideal. We want someone personable and efficient, who can answer phone calls, manage our schedule, calculate copays, and check eligibility and claim status. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the practice's calendar to optimize patient flow. Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with any related inquiries, check on the status of claims, calculate copayments, and post EOBs Handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide necessary information regarding dental services. Able to generate and manage the aging report
