Immediate Opening:
Dynamic Front Office Treatment Coordinator, CA | Full-Time is seeking an Dynamic Front Office Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator to join our innovative, supportive, and patient-focused team. For over 22 years, we've proudly provided comprehensive general dentistry to our community using advanced technology and same-day treatment solutions. Our services include (but are not limited to): Same-day restorations, oral surgery, sedation, implants, Invisalign, teeth whitening, crowns, removable prosthetics, and more. If you are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and passionate about patient care, with strong dental and financial coordination skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Position Summary This role is ideal for a seasoned dental professional with strong financial and treatment presentation experience who excels at communicating with patients and confidently guiding them through treatment decisions.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years of Dental Front Office Experience (Required) Be an experienced Financial/Treatment Coordinator skilled in creating, presenting, and closing treatment plans Be an excellent communicator with a Positive, Professional Attitude Be reliable, efficient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Be a Team Player with a goal-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities Create, present, and close treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Manage patient accounts receivable (A/R), including monitoring balances and Collecting Outstanding payments Verify insurance eligibility, submit claims, and follow up on unpaid or delayed claims Schedule to Goal for two Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Financial and Production reports Track Key Performance Indicators. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve collections, increase case acceptance, and support future financial growth of the practice Bi lingual in Chinese
