Dental Treatment Coordinator

Treatment Coordinator We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and team-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and clerical skills, a general understanding of dental terminology, and proficiency in calculating insurance coverages and collecting copays and outstanding balances. Our privately owned, non-DSO dental practice is conveniently located on Route 70 in Toms River. We are committed to fostering a positive patient experience from beginning to end, which is supported by our focus on teamwork, a fun work environment, and regular team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience working in a dental front office setting. Familiarity with Open Dental software. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
