Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a full time motivated and caring Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our state of the art dental practice. What we're looking for in our Treatment Plan Coordinator Excellent personal and patient communication Answering phone calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, addressing questions Prepares, presents, and schedules patients for treatment plans Set up any financial arrangements and process payments from patients in a timely manner following our collection processes Assist patients with insurance and financial questions Follow scheduling guidelines to ensure goals are met daily Proficient in managing a wide range of PPO insurances and verifying compatibility of PPO network with practice provider(s) Review patient account ledger and determine credit/balances Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
