Job Description

Horsham Dental Care is seeking an experienced, confident, and motivated Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator to join our growing, technology-driven dental office. This is NOT a traditional front desk or basic insurance coordinator position. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in: Presenting treatment plans Building trust and value with patients Discussing financial arrangements confidently Collecting payments Improving case acceptance Following up with unscheduled treatment Helping patients move forward with dentistry they truly need Our office focuses heavily on advanced dentistry including: Full Arch Dental Implants / All-on-X Invisalign Cosmetic Dentistry Comprehensive Restorative Treatment We are looking for someone who understands how to confidently guide patients through larger treatment plans while creating an exceptional patient experience. About Our Office Horsham Dental Care is a modern, digitally advanced dental office equipped with:
CBCT / 3D
Imaging TRIOS Scanner iTero Scanner Photogrammetry Same-Day Implant Workflow Advanced Digital Dentistry Technology Responsibilities Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Explain treatment value and benefits to patients Discuss financial arrangements and payment options Collect payments and deposits Improve treatment acceptance and scheduling efficiency Follow up with patients who have not scheduled treatment Help patients overcome hesitation and move forward with care Coordinate implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive restorative cases Verify insurance benefits and explain patient portions Maintain excellent communication between doctors, assistants, and patients Deliver a high-level patient experience from consultation through treatment Qualifications Minimum 2 years dental experience preferred Previous treatment coordination experience strongly preferred Must be comfortable discussing larger treatment plans and finances Strong communication and relationship-building skills required Knowledge of dental terminology required Experience with implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, or full-mouth treatment preferred Experience with Open Dental preferred Organized, detail-oriented, professional, and confident personality Full-time preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting pay from $25/hour based on experience Bonus opportunities based on case acceptance, collections, and treatment scheduling performance Health insurance and additional benefits available Opportunity for growth within a modern, rapidly growing dental office Important During the interview and selection process, applicants may be asked to participate in a mock treatment presentation or case discussion to demonstrate communication skills, treatment understanding, and ability to confidently present and close cases.
