This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

Start Date July 7th for 1-month with option to extend, 4-5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Setting:

Primarily Child and Adolescents with some Adult patients

Procedures/Cases:

Fillings, extractions, crown and bridges, pulpotomies, space maintainers, exams.

Credentialing Timeframe:

~2-3 weeks

Requirements:

Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
