What You'll Do:
You'll play a key role in supporting both people and operations across the department.- Partner with leadership to plan and support department goals and initiatives
- Help coordinate day-to-day operations so teams can work efficiently
- Support budgeting and track financial activities
- Assist with staffing processes, scheduling, and general personnel support
- Help ensure processes and documentation meet required standards
- Organize meetings, materials, and communications for leaders and teams
- Contribute to clinical, research, or program initiatives by keeping projects moving forward
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and solve problems proactively

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience 1. Master's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role; or 2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role; or 3. Associate's degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role.NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
