Salary Range:
$20.00 - $27.13 Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location:
Pittsfield, MA Principal Objective Under the direct supervision of the Deposit Services Team Manager, complete Check Positive Pay processing including but not limited to, validation of checks, processing exceptions and maintaining customer accounts that utilize this bank application. Assist in the research and remittance of escheatable properties. Perform scanning, indexing and acceptance of bank records into Synergy and the creation and updating of departmental procedures. Principal Duties and Responsibilities ARP Check Positive Pay - Process Exceptions and complete necessary maintenance and journal entries accordingly. Upload daily issue files. Produce and send Full Recon/Positive Pay customers the daily and month end reports Assist with the escheatment process with primary responsibility being check research and remittance Back-up for certain internal account reconciliation Scan, index, and review documentation imported into the Synergy system on a daily basis. Assist in the creation and updating of departmental procedures Maintain office and work area in a neat and organized manner Employees are expected to be familiar with and fulfill the compliance requirements within their area of responsibility and to adhere to bank and department policies and procedures. Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required) Basic PC skills; knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet applications.
