Job Description
Responsibilities:
A. Assists the PM in providing leadership, management, and direction to program management staff B. Oversees and coordinates inventory management, procurement actions, maintenance, repairs, and serviceability of all program equipment. C. Coordinates the shipment of program equipment and materials; documenting, as necessary, that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are adhered to. D. Ensures that all travel arrangements for personnel traveling to and from other countries in support of the contract are completed and documented

Full-Time Qualifications:
A. US citizen B. PMP certification is preferred C. Must possess Associates Degree or higher D. Must possess a minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and security-type programs. Experience supporting such programs in high threat environments is preferred E. Must possess a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in personal protection, emergency response, or guard force. F. Must possess demonstrated experience working with a wide range of procurement and logistics issues. G. Demonstrated experience supporting international administrative and logistical support functions.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
