DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER

Education:

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Certification:

Program Management Professional (PMP)

Experience:

5+ years of related experience

• Technical skills: Experience leading complex, high-value programs within the Intelligence Community (MPO experience preferred) Experience in strategic planning, agile execution, risk management, schedule development, and acquisition lifecycle Experience guiding cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives Experience building trusted relationships with government stakeholders and subcontractor teammates • Security clearance level: Top Secret SCI with Polygraph • US citizenship required • Role requirements: Ability to support onsite Monday-Friday with core hours 1000-1400.

The likely salary range for this position is $165,750 - $224,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
