Dermatologist

  • Strong clinical staff without the typical system heaviness What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dermatologic care across medical, procedural, and cosmetic services Build your own patient panel with a strong local referral base Deliver relationship-driven care in a true community setting Partner with pharmacy support to streamline treatment access and adherence Expand services based on patient needs (cosmetics, procedures, specialty clinics) Help shape workflows, culture, and the overall patient experience What Makes You a Fit Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist Interested in community-based care with autonomy Drawn to a private practice-style environment , but value system-level support Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and growing a practice Compensation & Upside Strong base compensation ($330K•540K range) + upside potential Full benefits, CME, malpractice coverage Relocation support available The Bigger Picture This role is designed for someone who wants to practice dermatology the way it used to feel•local, personal, and relationship-driven•without giving up modern resources.
