About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and professional Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient - supporting providers, preparing rooms and equipment, and helping our clinic run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist dermatologists and nurse practitioners with medical and cosmetic procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment according to OSHA and HIPAA standards Record and update patient information in the medical record and maintain accurate documentation Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions with confidence and professionalism Manage patient flow to ensure smooth and timely appointments Support laser, injectable, and aesthetic treatment setups Coordinate pathology, prescriptions, and prior authorizations as needed Maintain inventory of medical supplies and support back-office organization Collaborate closely with providers and front-desk team to deliver seamless, luxury-level care Qualifications Prior dermatology or medical office experience preferred (laser/cosmetic experience a plus) Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a patient-first mindset Comfort with technology, EMR systems, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Interest in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology, with a desire to grow within the field Why Join Us At Springhouse Dermatology, you'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team where education, innovation, and patient care come first.
