Job Summary:

Spark Artist Sedona Permanent Jewelry is hiring a Spark Artist who is outgoing, polished, sales-driven, and passionate about creating an amazing customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, feels confident on a sales floor, and knows how to make guests feel seen, welcomed, and excited. You will be responsible for greeting customers, creating custom jewelry pieces, learning our products, driving sales, and helping keep the boutique beautiful and guest-ready at all times. We are not looking for someone who waits for customers to come to them. We are looking for someone who naturally engages with people, compliments guests in a genuine way, explains our jewelry with confidence, and looks for every opportunity to create a sale. What We're Looking For We want someone who: Shows up well-dressed, well-groomed, and boutique-ready. Greets every potential customer walking by with warmth and confidence. Uses genuine compliments and conversation to build trust and create sales opportunities. Loves customer service and knows how to go above and beyond. Stays active on the sales floor and does not stand around waiting to be told what to do. Takes pride in the jewelry, the displays, the boutique, and the customer experience. Learns product knowledge quickly and can confidently explain chains, charms, pricing, and upgrades. Can adapt during busy rushes while still staying calm, friendly, and efficient. Knows how to push sales during slower times through outreach, engagement, content, cleaning, restocking, and creative thinking. Has a positive attitude and is always looking for something to learn, improve, or organize. Responsibilities Welcome and engage every guest who enters or walks by the shop. Create a warm, exciting, and memorable jewelry experience for each customer. Assist customers in choosing chains, charms, connectors, and custom jewelry combinations. Use strong sales skills to upsell charms, additional bracelets, matching pieces, gifts, and group experiences. Perform permanent jewelry applications with precision, care, and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, polished, and luxury retail environment. Learn and retain detailed product knowledge. Handle busy rushes with confidence, speed, and professionalism. Stay productive during slow times by organizing, cleaning, restocking, creating content, learning products, and looking for ways to drive traffic. Assist with checkout, cash handling, appointment flow, and customer questions. Represent Sedona Permanent Jewelry with professionalism, warmth, and pride. Qualifications No previous jewelry experience required. We will train the right person. At least 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, beauty, or customer-facing sales preferred. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable approaching and speaking with customers. Must be sales-driven and motivated by goals, commission, and tips. Must have strong attention to detail and good vision for precise jewelry work. Must be dependable, coachable, and willing to learn. Content creation skills are a plus. Multilingual skills are a plus.
