Studio Associate Crafty Kids Studios Westport, CT Job Details Part-time $17.50 - $22.00 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Interpersonal skills Child supervision Visual arts painting Leadership Camp Full Job Description Part-time | Hourly + Tips | Weekends Required | Flexible Scheduling What You'll Do Contribute to a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 3-12 Lead and assist with art activities including painting, bead jewelry, slime, clay, recycled crafts, seasonal projects & much, much more Offer support and encouragement during birthday parties, camps, special events, and walk-in sessions Help children explore their creativity by offering guidance, encouragement, and hands-on support Set up, reset, and maintain clean, organized project areas Interact with parents in a friendly, professional manner Process customer check-ins, payments, and birthday bookings (training provided) Assist in prepping materials, samples, and studio displays Contribute to a warm, upbeat, playful atmosphere where every child feels special Who You Are Energetic, positive, and genuinely love working with kids Creative or crafty — you don't need to be an artist, just comfortable with art materials andgetting a little messy Reliable and responsible, with strong communication skills Comfortable leading small groups and helping children one-on-one Able to work in a fast-paced, lively environment A team player who brings enthusiasm to every shift Available weekends (mandatory), with additional flexible weekday availability Locations We are hiring for both Crafty Kids studios:
