This is a unique opportunity for an experienced dance professional who wants more than just a teaching job. The right candidate will serve as the artistic leader and public face of the studio, oversee day-to-day operations, teach and mentor students, and play a key role in growing both the competitive and recreational programs. For the right person, this role includes a meaningful equity ownership opportunity. Responsibilities Lead the artistic vision and maintain the studio's culture and standards Teach classes and oversee competition teams Manage instructors, schedules, and day-to-day studio operations Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff Drive student retention, recruitment, and program growth Qualifications Significant experience teaching and choreographing in a competitive dance environment Strong leadership and people-management skills Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with the business Excellent communication and organizational abilities Compensation Competitive salary Performance-based bonus Equity ownership opportunity for the right candidate Schedule Aapproximately 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and some weekends during competition and recital season
