MLT Artist Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Liaison•Artist assists production with fixing submitted art files that cannot be utilized in their current state. With a proficiency in graphic art, the MLT•Artist edits art files by heaving up lines, opening up areas, and adjusting colors, etc.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

Editing and adjusting artwork to help imprint quality for manufacturing Manage the MLT-Artist inbox, Liaison between customer relations and manufacturing departments on art related issues Assisting in art queues

Document Reworks Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience with manufacturing & production a plus Experience in specialty production art preferred

Special Training or Competencies:

Proficiency using a computer and associated software with an emphasis on artwork programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Smart Stream, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience using order management systems such as Oracle Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet order deadlines Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once Excellent customer service skills Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we.
